Northport Visitor Center

Northport Visitor Center

Welcome to Northport

Welcome to beautiful Northport in the tip of Michigan's little finger. Whether you're here to vacation, visit family or friends, or you live here, you'll find plenty to do and see. Spend the day at the beach, picnic at Peterson Park, hunt for Petoskey stones, go wine tasting or relax with a good book.

To help plan your visit, stop by the Northport Visitor Center. The center is focused on providing visitors to Northport, Omena and Leelanau Township with information on where to eat, sleep and play. As you read the guides listed to the left remember that the shops and restaurants tend to keep shorter hours in the winter than summer. The hours on the literature are for the summer.

Although this site will give you a pretty good idea of what to look forward to in the community, the center contains additional information supplied by local communities and businesses as well as the State of Michigan.

The Visitor Center is open daily from May through October. It is located just north of the marina on 204 Rose Street at Second next to Haserot Park. Map
